This is a bag of mangoes we bought from an old lady on the street who had been carrying them on her head. We had just gotten back on the bus from Jinotepe where we went to the market and got 12 mangoes for only 40 cents (10 cords), we were very happy thinking we had gotten such an amazing deal, but then this lady came up and sold us all of these mangoes for only a little over a dollar! And they are delicious!!

Flowers Alyvia took a picture of out in service the other day, they are evidently called frangipani.

Nicaraguan street

Our group including many visitors, ones from Spanish, and studies, but also missing a few.

Outside of our front door, since you all haven't seen any pictures of our house yet.

A giant avocado I found on the side of the road out in service. Later that week from the same lady we bought the mangoes from we got a bag full of avocadoes for only 80 cents (20 cords)!
